Terms of Service
Last updated: November 5, 2026
The short version
- When you buy from us, you get a license to use our files with your own family.
- Please don’t share, resell or upload our files anywhere. Small creators like us depend on it.
- If something is wrong with a file, tell us and we’ll make it right. See our Refund Policy.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use littlekiddle.com or buy anything from it. “Little Kiddle,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Little Kiddle, an online business based in India. “You” means the person using the site or buying from it.
You must be 18 or older (or the age of adulthood where you live) to buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products: picture ebooks, parenting guides, printables and bundles. They come as downloadable files, usually PDF. There is nothing shipped to you. You can read them on a phone, tablet or computer, or print them at home.
We describe each product as clearly as we can, including page count, file format, page size and the ages it suits. Colors may look a little different on different screens and printers.
Our books are made by a small team with help from modern design tools.
3. Prices, currencies and taxes
- Prices are set in our shop and shown at checkout. We show prices in US dollars, British pounds, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars if you’re in those countries, and in Indian rupees everywhere else. The final amount and currency are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Converted prices are a guide. The amount you pay is the amount shown at checkout. Your bank or card company may add its own currency conversion or overseas fees. These are outside our control.
- Where the law requires it, sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout or included in the price.
- We may change prices at any time. A change won’t affect an order you have already paid for.
- If we make a clear pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before delivery and offer you the choice to pay the right price or get a full refund.
4. Payment
We take payment through Razorpay. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and we email you a receipt with your download link.
5. Delivery of your files
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email, usually within a few minutes. Each link works for a limited time and number of downloads. If a link stops working or your email doesn’t arrive, write to hello@littlekiddle.com and we’ll resend it.
For customers in the UK, EU and EEA: because our files are delivered right away, at checkout we ask you to agree that the download starts immediately and to confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has started. We send this confirmation in your order email. You still keep your legal rights if a file is faulty or not as described.
6. Your license: what you can do with our files
Our files are licensed, not sold. When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described below.
Personal and family use (included with every purchase)
You may:
- download the files and keep them on your own devices;
- read them with your children and family at home;
- print as many copies as your own household needs;
- share printed pages with a child’s grandparents or caregiver for use with that child.
Classroom use
If you are a teacher, homeschool parent or childcare provider, you may use and print one purchased copy for one classroom or one group of children that you teach yourself. Each extra teacher or classroom needs its own copy.
What is not allowed
You may not:
- share the files, or your download link, with anyone outside your household (including by email, messaging apps, cloud folders or social groups);
- upload the files to any website, file-sharing service, school-wide drive, Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy or any other marketplace;
- resell, rent, give away or include our files, or printed copies, in any product, kit, bundle or subscription;
- change our files and pass them off as your own, or remove our name or copyright notice;
- use our characters, illustrations or text in your own products, logos or merchandise;
- use our files to train or build artificial intelligence or machine learning tools.
Reading our books aloud on social media or YouTube is not allowed without written permission. We often say yes, so please ask at hello@littlekiddle.com.
If you break these license terms, your license ends and you must delete the files. We may also take action to protect our work.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products, including text, illustrations, characters, designs, logos, photos and videos, belongs to Little Kiddle or to people who licensed it to us. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. “Little Kiddle” and our logo are our brand names.
If you believe something on our site uses your work without permission, email hello@littlekiddle.com with details and we will look into it quickly.
8. Using our website
Please don’t misuse the site. This includes trying to hack it, copy it with bots, get around download limits, place fake orders or upload anything harmful. We may cancel orders or block access if we see fraud or misuse.
9. Our content is for information, not professional advice
Our parenting guides share general, practical ideas. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice. Every child is different. For any worry about your child’s health, sleep, growth or behavior, please talk to your pediatrician or another qualified professional.
Printables and activities should be used with an adult nearby. Please follow normal safety rules, such as supervising young children with scissors and small pieces.
10. Limitation of liability
We work hard to make good products, but we provide our website and files “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have predicted, or that were not caused by us breaking these terms;
- we are not responsible for problems caused by your device, software, printer or internet connection;
- our total responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited. This includes death or injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer, such as your right to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty digital content in the UK and EU.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.
If you have a problem, please email us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly and kindly.
12. Marketplaces
If you buy our books on Amazon, Etsy or another marketplace, that marketplace’s own terms and refund rules apply to that purchase. Our license terms in section 6 still apply to how you use our content.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
