Refunds, returns & exchanges

Digital products (ebook books, guides, combos)

Digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, so we do not offer refunds on digital products. Instead, we offer a simple exchange:

• Bought the wrong book, the wrong age group, or the same book twice? Message us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll exchange it for another digital product of the same or lower price.
• If a file won’t open, is missing pages or doesn’t download, tell us and we’ll send a working file straight away.
• Combos and bundles can be exchanged as a whole, not as single books from inside them.

Physical products (toys and printed books, India only)

We offer refunds and exchanges on physical products:

• Damaged, faulty or wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the item and packaging. We’ll send a free replacement, or give a full refund if you prefer.
• Changed your mind: unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first and we’ll explain how to send it back.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, washed or had their seals opened can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty.

How refunds are paid

Once we receive and check a returned item, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping & delivery

• Toys and printed books are delivered free across India. We currently do not ship physical products outside India.
• Once your order ships, we’ll send you the tracking details by email and WhatsApp.

Digital downloads

• Download links appear on your order page and in your order email the moment your payment is complete, anywhere in the world.
• Single books and guides can be downloaded 3 times within 7 days. Combos and bundles can be downloaded 5 times within 14 days. Please save your files to your device. If a link expires, message us and we’ll help.
• Our ebooks are for your family’s personal use. You can print them at home as often as you like, but please don’t share, resell or upload them anywhere.

Payments

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay’s secure checkout. We never see or store your card details. Prices for customers in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia are shown in local currency.

Privacy

• What we collect: your name, email, WhatsApp number and, for physical orders, your delivery address. For contests, we also collect your child’s first name, age and entry.
• Why: to deliver your order, send order updates by email, WhatsApp and SMS, give you support, and run contests.
• Offers: we only send offers and new-book messages if you ticked the box to receive them. Reply STOP at any time to stop.
• Sharing: we never sell your details. We share only what’s needed with trusted services that help us run the shop, such as payment, delivery and messaging providers.
• Children: our products are bought by parents and guardians. Contest entries are submitted by parents, and we only show a child’s first name, age and entry publicly with the parent’s permission.
• Cookies: our website uses cookies to keep your cart and checkout working and to understand how the site is used.
• Your choices: you can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by contacting us.
