Our Happy-Parent Promise
Last updated: November 5, 2026
We make our books for families like yours. If something’s not right with your file, we’ll make it right.
The promise
If a file you bought from us is faulty or not as described, tell us within 14 days of your order. We will fix it, replace it or refund it. Your choice of a refund is available if we can’t fix it quickly.
What counts
- The file won’t open or download, even after trying the tips in our FAQ.
- Pages are missing, blank, blurry or cut off.
- The product is clearly different from what the product page said, such as the wrong age range, page count, size or language.
- Your files never arrived and we can’t resend them.
- You were charged twice by mistake.
What doesn’t count
- Changing your mind after you’ve downloaded the file. Because digital files can’t be returned, we can’t refund these. We’re happy to suggest a better fit for your child, though.
- Problems caused by your printer or device settings. We’ll still help you sort them out.
How it works
- Email hello@littlekiddle.com with your order number and a short note. A screenshot helps.
- We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
- We send a fixed or replacement file. If that doesn’t solve it, or you’d prefer, we refund you to your original payment method.
Once we send a refund, how long it takes to reach you depends on your bank and card.
Your legal rights
This promise is in addition to your rights under consumer law. It does not replace them. Customers in the UK, EU and EEA: you have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. When you buy a download, we ask you at checkout to agree that it starts immediately and to confirm you understand that the right to cancel ends once the download has started. We confirm this in your order email. If you haven’t started downloading, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Your rights for faulty digital content also continue after 14 days, as your local law allows.
Bought on Amazon, Etsy or another store?
Please use that store’s own refund or return process. We’re still happy to help if you email us.
